My name is Sierra and my fiancé is Akeme. I am American of German and Irish decent and Akeme is Vincentian, a citizen of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We met at school and the rest is history! Being a interracial couple in rural Nebraska, we face disapproving looks and judgement everywhere we go. We haven’t let this affect us negatively though, instead we allow it to make us stronger.
